John Hillis

Vice President, Business Solutions Division

Mr. Hillis joined EMC in June 2003 and currently has responsibility for the company’s operations in Arlington, Virginia and Huntsville, Alabama.  Mr. Hillis has served as a corporate executive and program manager supporting commercial and federal clients including all military service branches and the U.S. Department of Defense since his 1986 retirement from U.S. Army active duty. He has managed both operating units and programs in the areas of systems analysis, design, engineering, development, test and evaluation, deployment and sustainment; weapon and C4I systems test range support; military logistics and facility management and operations; and human capital management and administration. Mr. Hillis holds a B.A. in Management.
