Amy Galan

Vice President, Finance & General Administration

Ms. Galan has served as Vice President of Finance and General Administration since February 2000. She joined EMC’s accounting department in August 1991 and was promoted to company Controller in 1996. Ms. Galan has overall responsibility for all aspects of financial and administrative operations, including cash management, accounting management, bank relations, human resource management, benefits administration, out-year projections, indirect cost control and stock holder relations. She holds a B.S. in Accounting.
