EMC offers a broad range of facility planning, management, and operations services to support Federal government agencies, especially national defense and intelligence clients operating in secure facilities.  These services are performed by EMC employees holding DoD security clearances up to TOP SECRET. Facility Planning, Requirements Analyses, and Acquisition

·         Conduct surveys, requirements analyses, and assessments for real property acquisition planning, construction, and occupancy

·         Perform real property site and space planning, design, layout, build out, and relocation

Space Planning, Design, and Fit-out

·         Analyze function and staffing requirements

·         Design and develop block plans for large-scale projects using CAP 20/20 and AutoCAD software toolsets

·         Conduct facility fit-out 

·         Provide configuration control of systems furniture

·         Generate systems furniture parts lists

·         Provide certified systems furniture installers to install, breakdown, and reconfigure systems furniture

·         Maintain and refurbish systems furniture

·         Perform inventory control

Facility Management and Access Control

·         Operate and maintain facilities, including all building systems, services, and occupant help desk support

·         Manage parking garages and campus transportation services

·         Provide credentialed uniformed professionals to:

·         Screen/process incoming visitors

·         Provide escort services

·         Conduct perimeter patrol

·         Provide classified document inventory control and disposition

·         Provide classified mail courier services

Logistics Operations Services

·         Manage and account for client personal property

·         Operate supply centers

·         Conduct office moves

·         Provide inter-campus shuttle bus service

Facility Maintenance and Housekeeping

·         Repair carpet

·         Repair, caulk, and paint wall surfaces

·         Perform plumbing and electrical installations and repairs

·         Clean and refurbish all types of Federal government facilities, including secure, controlled spaces
