C4ISR Interoperability Test Capability 

EMC’s experience includes more than 5 years supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) in developing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems interoperability test capabilities. Particular areas of expertise include Program Management, System Development and Test, and Configuration Management.

Program Management – EMC supports program management teams by facilitating coordination with cognizant DoD activities, including the Defense Information Systems Agency, the Joint Interoperability Test Command, and individual service test and evaluation activities.

We assist in developing required documentation, including your Acquisition Plan (AP), Program Management Plan (PMP), Test Capabilities Requirements Document (TCRD), Technical Architecture (TA), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

System Development and Test – EMC assists in system testing in a joint C4ISR interoperability environment, including both hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations and open air ranges (OAR). We assist in defining and developing the optimum test environment and conducting actual C4ISR interoperability tests.
